| Charles M. Fabian , CPA... Email Chuck >> Firm Position Chuck is Managing Partner of RKL's Reading office. He assumed this role in January 2005. He assists the CEO of the firm and is responsible for the operations of the Reading office. Chuck's primary service function is to help clients increase bottom line results through the delivery of services focused on business strategy, operational effectiveness and organizational development, thereby increasing shareholder value and personal wealth. These services are focused on working with the client service team to establish an annual client service plan and facilitating client situation reviews to help identify client needs. Professional & Business History Chuck joined Reinsel Kuntz Lesher in 1986. He has over 19 years of public accounting experience in the fields of audit, tax and consulting. Education B.S., Accounting, 1982, Bloomsburg University RSM McGladrey Business Advisor Program, University of Chicago Graduate School This is a 12-week program in which participants are trained to effectively advise CEOs and other top executives in essential areas such as corporate strategy, operations, banking, marketing management, organizational behavior, leadership, change and the future.
