He assists the CEO of the firm and is responsible for the operations of the Reading office. Chuck's primary service function is to help clients increase bottom line results through the delivery of services focused on business strategy, operational effectiveness and organizational development, thereby increasing shareholder value and personal wealth. These services are focused on working with the client service team to establish an annual client service plan and facilitating client situation reviews to help identify client needs.
