Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP (RKL), Certified Public Accountants & Consultants is pleased to announce that the firm recently hired Health Care Reimbursement Services, Inc. (HCRS) founders Mark and Sharon Perry.The Perrys will be instrumental in helping further expand RKL’s client base of post-acute care providers delivered through RKL’s Senior Living Services Consulting Group, specifically in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement services and cost report preparation. The move also will broaden RKL’s geographic footprint in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
The Perrys will join the firm’s Senior Living Services Consulting Group as Directors and will continue to operate out of their current office at 975 Easton Road in Warrington, Pennsylvania.
“This is an opportunity to grow RKL’s Senior Living Services Consulting team and add to our existing cost report preparation services that we provide to help post-acute care providers best manage their reimbursement requirements,” commented Edward W. Monborne, CEO of RKL.
Mr. Perry brings a diverse background in executive financial management in the long-term care field and in public accounting to the firm with over 35 years of experience. As president of HCRS, he provided a wide range of consulting services focused on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement requirements. Prior to founding HCRS in 1989, Mr. Perry was the Chief Financial Officer of a company that owned and managed several nursing homes and spent seven years in the public accounting industry. Mr. Perry also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA).

Ms. Perry brings over 30 years of experience in reimbursement for post-acute care providers. As vice president of HCRS, she provided a wide range of services focused on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement requirements. Prior to founding HCRS, Ms. Perry was the reimbursement specialist at a regional company that owned and managed several nursing homes.
