| J. Andrew Weidman, CPA... Email Andy >> Firm Position Andy is Partner and Chairman of the Board. He is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the firm, business development and growth initiatives. He specializes in closely-held entities, the real estate industry and tax planning for mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. Andy is also responsible for one of the firm's investment advisory companies, Sterling Financial Advisors, LLC. Professional & Business History Andy joined the firm in January of 1992 and brought over twelve years of experience in accounting and tax matters, the majority of which was with a “Big Four” accounting firm. He was named Managing Partner of Reinsel & Company in 2004 and named CEO of RKL in 2005. Education B.S.
