He specializes in multi-state sales and franchise tax, pass through entity taxation, designing executive compensation and retirement plans, business start-up issues, and strategic tax consulting, with particular focus on closely held businesses. Professional & Business History Jared Miller joined the firm as a Partner in 2006 when Miller & Miller CPA’s merged with RKL - Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP. Before joining Miller & Miller, Jared worked in the tax department of a major international accounting firm. Education B.S.
