Michael specializes in strategic planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals as well as services involving multi-state taxation, pass-thru entities, and estate and financial planning for individuals. Michael works mostly with high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses. Michael also has significant experience representing clients before the IRS and various state agencies. This experience includes numerous appearances before Pennsylvania administrative boards. Professional & Business History Michael joined RKL in 2008 bringing over 20 years of experience in working with large accounting firms and a large regional law firm. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
