Firm Position
Michelle is a Principal in the Small Business Services Group in Reinsel Kuntz Lesher's Lancaster office. She is responsible for providing and managing compilation, review and tax services for small businesses as well as coordinating all additional services for her clients.

Michelle joined the firm in 1995 as a staff accountant in the Audit Services Group. In 2003, she moved into the Small Business Services Group and was named Director in 2005. In 2009 she became a Principal. Michelle has experience in various industries including service, manufacturing and retail. She specializes in real estate developers.

Michelle resides in Manheim with her husband, Mike, and their two sons. She enjoys Tang Soo Do, relaxing with friends and family and watching football.
