Tax Manager - 7+ Years of Experience - Reading Office
Opportunities exist for knowledgeable tax professionals with 7+ years of experience in reviewing tax returns, developing and maintaining productive client relationships, supervising other professionals, and coordinating multiple assignments. Successful candidates will have recent tax experience in public accounting at a management level, and the desire to develop others. We are looking for strong communication and organization and a team player attitude. CPA required; MST preferred.
Business Consultants - 5+ Years of Experience - Reading and Lancaster Offices
We are currently looking for skilled business consultants with 5+ yrs of recent experience to join our business consulting team. (CPA a plus.) Responsibilities will include business valuations, financial analysis and projections, bond services, mergers and acquisitions, and buy/sell analysis. Strong communication and analytical skills as well as computer proficiency required. Successful candidates must be able to effectively handle multiple assignments and be comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
Audit Professionals - 5+ Years of Experience - Reading and Lancaster Offices
Opportunities exist for experienced audit professionals who wish to develop and maintain productive relationships with client management, perform and supervise accounting and auditing procedures with an emphasis on quality standards and timely completion, and coordinate multiple engagements of varying complexity.
Successful candidates will have recent audit experience in a public accounting environment, effective communication skills, and enjoy working with clients on a variety of engagements. Strong computer skills are required. CPA is preferred.
Audit, Tax or Small Business Staff Accountants - Reading and Lancaster Offices
Staff Accountant opportunities exist for upcoming or recent college graduates interested in a career in public accounting. Responsibilities include performing a variety of accounting, auditing, and/or tax procedures, performing research, preparing reports on various accounting or tax issues, and providing quality client service.
We look for students with integrity, professionalism and a strong academic record, who are committed to pursuing the CPA designation. Solid computer skills and effective communication skills are critical. Most of our students hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and many have had practical work experience in the form of an internship.
Audit or Tax Internships - Reading and Lancaster Offices
We offer paid internships to students who wish to learn about our firm and the field of public accounting. While our “busy season” is the traditional season for an internship, we also offer opportunities during other times of the year for interns in both tax and audit. As an intern, you may prepare tax returns, do research, or learn about our audit process and apply audit concepts. You will also be exposed to the day to day operations of our firm, which will give you a integral view of what it's like to work at RKL.
Successful internship candidates should be a junior or senior level college student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related major, with integrity, professionalism and a strong academic record. Solid computer skills and effective communication skills are also critical.
