Danielle leads RKL’s Human Resources Consulting practice. Danielle brings a wealth of experience to each engagement, including serving as a human resources consultant for a decade as well as heading the internal human resources function for one of the nation’s fastest-growing CPA and business consulting firms.
PROFESSIONAL & BUSINESS HISTORY
Prior to joining RKL, Danielle worked as a Human Resources Consultant at a public accounting firm, building trusted relationships through engagements with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, government, not-for-profit, professional services and many others. During this time, Danielle worked in a variety of consulting arrangements, providing solutions including compliance, policy and procedure development, recruiting and staffing, employee development and training and more.
Recruited by RKL to help lead the firm’s Human Resources Department at critical time of growth and change, Danielle has been responsible for developing systems and strategies for positioning the firm for further growth and success. Understanding the value that she could offer the firm’s clients, Danielle worked to develop the firm’s Human Resources Consulting practice, and her services and counsel have quickly become a growing and in-demand service line for clients of all types and sizes.
Danielle is a frequent speaker on a wide range of human resources issues.
