| Ronald C. Fink, Jr., CPA... Email Ron >> Firm Position Ron is a Principal in the Business Consulting Services Group in RKL's Lancaster office. He is responsible for services including business financing, equity placement, budgeting, profit planning and cost accounting, and business mergers and acquisitions. Fink will also be responsible for coordinating all additional services for his clients. His industry experience includes manufacturing, transportation, real estate, hospitality, retail and professional service companies. Professional & Business History Ron joined the firm in 1998. He began his career by spending seven years performing business assurance services for clients of both an international public accounting firm and Kuntz Lesher LLP. He continued his career in the private industry sector as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller and later returned to RKL as a Business Advisor in the Business Consulting Services Group.
