| Robert M. Gratalo, CPA, MST... Email Rob >> Firm Position Rob is a Partner in RKL's Tax Services Group. He specializes in federal and state taxation of businesses and their owners. Rob's responsibilities include tax research and consultations on proposed transactions as well as tax compliance services for clients in various industries. He regularly provides tax advice to clients in the areas of entity selection, accounting methods, depreciation and capital recovery, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, and others. Professional & Business History Rob joined the firm in 2011 and has been in the public accounting field since 1995. Prior to joining RKL, Rob served as Tax Partner for ParenteBeard. Education B.S.
