Firm Position
Russ is the Partner-In-Charge of the Tax Services Group at the Lancaster office of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP. Russ focuses on tax consulting engagements and specializes in Cost Segregation Studies.

Professional & Business History
Russ joined the firm in 1998 and has over twenty years of experience in the area of tax. His experience in industry includes Assistant Director of Tax with a Pittsburgh-based, $3 billion in sales, diversified Fortune 500 Company; Director of Tax, Benefits, and Insurance for a British-owned group of U.S. companies; and Senior Manager positions with both Ernst & Young LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, providing consulting services to closely held businesses.
