She has extensive experience in the areas of operational analysis of long term care providers, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory compliance, state and federal survey assistance, the Minimum Data Set 3.0 (MDS 3.0) and the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Professional & Business History Stephanie joined the firm in 2011 and has over 19 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining RKL, Stephanie was a Senior Manager with ParenteBeard. In addition, she spent 7 years with an international public accounting firm. Stephanie's background also includes serving as a nursing assistant instructor, various nursing positions in a large nursing facility, interim utilization review nurse at a 500+ bed nursing facility, and a consultant at a regional healthcare consulting firm.
