Is Your Firm Missing Out on Federal and State R&D Tax Credits?

Many architecture, engineering and construction companies are overlooking significant tax savings as the R&D tax credit has been historically underclaimed in these fields due to a number of misconceptions regarding credit eligibility and requirements. Recent changes to tax regulations have greatly expanded the availability of R&D tax credits allowed for companies designing buildings and building systems and there is no time like the present to seize these potential tax-saving opportunities. During a brief webinar, RKL R&D tax credit experts, Ben Fortner and Kerrie Wesley, will discuss the industry-specific activities which may lead to R&D credits and the specific requirements for claiming the credits.

By the completion of the session, participants will:

  • Understand the basic four-part requirements
  • Identify qualifying projects
  • Determine eligible costs
  • Detect qualifying employee activities
