For Hunter Mink, no two days are the same in public accounting. Whether he is managing regulatory reporting or evaluating the financial impact of new technological advances, Hunter enjoys the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of business issues and strategies to help them remain compliant and competitive.
As a Partner in RKL’s Audit Services Group, Hunter oversees engagements for clients across several industries. He helps develop firm wide best practices related to professional development and client service excellence as a member of the firm’s Audit & Accounting Committee.
Hunter specializes in delivering business consulting and assurance services to clients in the architecture/engineering (A/E) sector, helping firms throughout the Mid-Atlantic navigate the complexities of Governmental Auditing Standards (GAGAS), contract cost principles under Subparts 9900 and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). He is deeply familiar with the intricacies of overhead reporting requirements, the revenue recognition process and contract terminology, and is proficient with Deltek Vision, BST and other A/E reporting packages.
Hunter is also an active member of RKL’s Real Estate Development & Construction Industry Group, drawing upon his more than a decade of industry experience. He solidified his industry expertise in 2015 by earning the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP®) designation, which places him among the nation’s most prestigious practitioners serving the construction industry.

Hunter grew up in York County and lives in York with his wife, Emily, and twin daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities.
