LANCASTER, PA (May 6, 2019) – RKL LLP today announced two new hires and one internal promotion within its Human Resources Department.
Rachel Grubbs has joined the firm as the Talent Acquisition Manager. She brings over seven years of experience in attracting, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding employees to organizations. In this new position at RKL, Rachel will drive recruitment strategies for campus, experienced and executive hires. She will draw upon her past experience as a recruiter for the management consulting industry to develop a robust and multi-channel approach to sharing RKL’s employer story. Rachel holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University Of Delaware. She resides in East Petersburg.
Adam White has joined the firm as the Talent Development Manager, bringing nearly 20 years of experience leading employee and organizational development and continuing education programming for various industries. At RKL, he will support team member learning needs at the individual, service line and firm wide levels. In close collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external organizations, he will focus on providing learning opportunities that will support team member development and client service excellence. Adam holds a B.S. in Education from Shippensburg University. He resides in Palmyra with his family.
Nicole Jankowski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has been promoted to Human Resources Manager. In her new role, Nicole will oversee the firm’s benefit programs as well as new team member’s onboarding, performance management and employee relations. She has more than 16 years’ experience in Human Resources and specializes in the areas of onboarding, labor and employee relations, benefits and compensation. Nicole has her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. She resides in Sinking Spring with her family.
