FIRM POSITION
Gretchen is a Principal in RKL’s Business Consulting Services Group. As a Certified Valuation Analyst, she has extensive experience providing business valuations for privately held companies, general partnerships and family limited partnerships. Gretchen specializes in valuations required for GAAP-based financial statement reporting, purchase price allocation and stock option pricing. Her valuation work often focuses on the intangible assets of a company, such as trademarks, customer relationships and patents.

Gretchen also conducts operational reviews for closely held businesses, governments and not-for-profit organizations, a process that includes the assessment of the structure, staffing and operation of these departments, and the application of best practices. She helps companies increase their value by identifying and prioritizing opportunities for financial and operational improvements that result from the review process.
