For more than a decade, Moravian Manor Communities has relied on RKL as a trusted advisor. In light of its expanding service lineup and growing team, Moravian Manor sought to develop a strategic plan that would serve as a roadmap for its future and a unifying statement of values for its team and the community at large. Including members of the Moravian Manor staff in the plan development not only held them accountable, but also made them ambassadors for the plan in the workplace and a trusted source of knowledge among colleagues.
Throughout the sessions, RKL used data to challenge assumptions, vet new ideas and test traditional methods in areas ranging from staffing to operations to service offerings. The RKL team moved beyond standard facilitation to synthesize diverse viewpoints and organize Moravian Manor leadership around a path forward.
Moravian Manor emerged from the RKL-facilitated planning process with a measurable and achievable roadmap to not only keep pace with, but also help shape a fast-changing senior living industry, and remain an engaged and respected presence in the local communities it serves.
