“Plant trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit.” For more than three decades, Lynn Rotz has put this quote into practice by supporting his clients’ entrepreneurial spirit and positioning their businesses for sustainable growth and success.
Lynn is a Partner in RKL’s Small Business Services Group, where he helps owners of closely held businesses navigate financial complexities and advises them on personal legacy planning. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions support, succession and estate planning, and individual and business taxation. Lynn also leads operations of the firm’s Franklin and Adams County locations.
Before starting his public accounting career, Lynn served as a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. This firsthand experience in business management gives Lynn a unique perspective from which to advise his clients on complex planning matters.
