LANCASTER, PA (May 3, 2018) – RKL LLP today announced that the Central Penn Business Journal has named Jill E. Gilbert, CPA, CGMA, among its 2018 “Women of Influence,” in recognition of her significant professional and philanthropic contributions.

As a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Partner in the firm’s Audit Services Group, Gilbert draws upon more than two decades of finance, operations, strategy and management expertise to advise clients in the not-for-profit and public sectors. She specializes in auditing employee benefit plans and also leads firm-wide efforts related to audit performance management, learning and development and team engagement.
Gilbert is an active member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), currently serving as Vice President of PICPA’s Board of Directors, chair of its Employee Benefit Plans Conference Committee and member of the State and Local Government Committee. She is frequently tapped by local, state and national business groups and trade associations to present on a variety of business and assurance topics.
Gilbert is equally committed to investing in the community she calls home. Since 2005, she has served as a board member of Willow Valley Retirement Community and as Treasurer for the past five years. Gilbert also serves the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board as a board member and Audit & Finance Committee member.
Gilbert holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. She resides in Elizabethtown with her husband and two children.
