YORK, PA (October 8, 2018) – RKL LLP today announced that Stephanie S. Kessler, RAC-CT, CHP, a partner in its nationally recognized Senior Living Services Consulting Group, has been named as Chair for the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN) Board of Directors.
Kessler’s term as Board Chair started on July 1, 2018, and runs through June 30, 2020. She was introduced as Chair during the 2018 AAPACN Annual Conference, which took place in April in Las Vegas.
An in-demand post-acute health care consultant, Kessler has more than two decades of clinical, education and operations experience. She draws from this diverse expertise to help post-acute care providers navigate the complex health care industry landscape and achieve successful outcomes. Kessler specializes in post-acute care operations, strategic planning, regulatory and billing compliance, third-party reimbursement, continuing education, quality improvement, survey assistance and electronic health record implementation.
Kessler is a Certified HIPAA Professional and a Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified. She was also certified by the American Health Information Management Association as an ICD-10-CM Trainer/Ambassador. Kessler is an active member of the York County community, serving on boards and volunteering for organizations including the United Way of York County, SpiriTrust Lutheran Foundation and Pappus House.
