He currently focuses on franchise groups, more specifically in the restaurant industry, as well as the construction, rental real estate and logistics/distribution industries.

Personal
Ryan lives in Chambersburg with his wife, Ellen; their three dogs: Boomer and Bandit, both miniature dachshunds, and Ember, a rescue Catahoula; and two cats, Luke and Leia. A Chambersburg native, Ryan has also lived and worked in Georgia and San Antonio, TX, where he developed a taste for authentic Texas barbeque. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, walking his three dogs and maintaining his lawn and planted areas. He also enjoys playing golf with friends and participating in amateur tournaments in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
