LANCASTER, PA (November 14, 2018) – RKL LLP today announced the expansion of its in-demand Human Resources Consulting Practice with the recent hires of Amy Baker Trapp, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Amanda Robinson, PHR, SHRM-CP. Trapp and Robinson boast diverse industry experience and specialized expertise that enhance RKL’s capabilities in key human resources management areas, including employee relations, compliance, recruiting and executive search.

Amy Baker Trapp brings nearly two decades of human resources experience and a specialized focus on employee relations, labor relations, leave administration and compliance to her role at RKL. Most recently, she supported 2,200 public employees as Director of Human Resources for a county government. Trapp is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Public Management Association (IPMA-HR). She is a Certified Practitioner for the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Trapp holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials. She earned her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Moravian College and her B.S. in Human Resources from Muhlenberg College. Trapp resides in Northampton.
Amanda Robinson specializes in talent acquisition, with more than a decade of experience helping organizations shape their recruiting strategies, optimize the candidate experience and identify and hire the best talent. Robinson previously hired more than 200 employees per month throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for a construction company, and has also worked in the temporary staffing industry in Central Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a Vice President for the Lancaster Society of Human Resource Management (LSHRM) and sits on the group’s Outreach Committee. Robinson holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials and earned her B.A. in Communications from Susquehanna University. She resides in Landisville.
