Originally recruited to develop RKL’s internal Human Resources function at critical time of growth and change, Danielle implemented systems and strategies that positioned the firm for further success. As clients began to turn to RKL with questions beyond the balance sheet, Danielle tapped her decade of experience as an HR consultant to launch an in-demand niche practice within the firm’s Business Consulting Services Group.
Beyond her firsthand experience directing the HR function of a leading professional services firm and her specialized consulting expertise, Danielle also leverages the skillsets of other RKL experts in areas such as corporate structuring, financial analysis, risk management and operational improvement to deliver a customized, interdisciplinary approach to challenges like compensation structure and staffing needs.
