To our clients, friends and neighbors:
Effective today, all RKL offices located in Pennsylvania will be closed to outside visitors and team members will be working remotely. This closure will run through Monday, March 30, in accordance with Governor Wolf’s statewide closure of certain businesses. We’ll adjust that timeframe as needed based on the continued evolution of events on the ground and the directives of government officials and public health leaders.
We’re making the decision in the best interest of the health and wellness of our team, clients and neighbors. As we face these challenging and uncertain times, I’m proud of the way the RKL team has come together and continues to support each other, our families and our communities.
Client Service
Closing our Pennsylvania offices is not a decision we take lightly, as it will alter the manner in which we serve our clients. As previously communicated, we will tap into our technology tools to stay accessible and available to you and continue to serve your needs. Phones in our offices will be answered remotely and voicemails will be returned as promptly as possible.
Our client service teams will remain in constant contact with you and we encourage you to reach out to your relationship partner or engagement leader to discuss specific questions or concerns. If you are being served out of one of RKL’s Pennsylvania offices and have any questions, feel free to reach out to the relevant Office Managing Partner or President:
- Wade Becker, Capital Region (Mechanicsburg and Downtown Harrisburg)
- Doug Berman, York
- Steve Fisher, Reading
- Joe Noll, RKL eSolutions
- Laurie Peer, RKL Wealth Management
- Barry Pelagatti, Exton
- Eric Wenger, Lancaster
Community & Public Engagement
Due to the closure of our Pennsylvania offices, we will suspend all outside groups from using RKL office space for meetings until further notice. No events will be held onsite at RKL facilities. Our upcoming M&D Roundtable event set for March 26 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a future date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these unprecedented times together. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. I can be reached at emonborne@rklcpa.com.
Be safe and stay well,
Ed Monborne, CEO/Partner
