Internally, she helps to manage work assignments for staff and offers performance coaching and training.

Lacy resides in Camp Hill, PA. She values spending quality time with family and friends, dedicating much of her attention to her husband and their teenage son, who is in his final year of high school. She also enjoys spending time at home with her two dogs.
