As a Tax Market Leader in RKL’s Tax Services Group, Stephanie works with the Tax Service line leader to steer the strategic direction and operations for the Tax service line within the Exton Market. In this role, her focus is the firm’s growth, ensuring client satisfaction at peak levels, and nurturing a supportive and inclusive culture within the firm.
Stephanie began her career at RKL as an intern in 2006, which led to her full-time role at the firm’s Reading location in 2007. Her focus is managing a broad range of tax return types with an eye on innovation and efficiency. In 2023, she took the opportunity to relocate to the Exton office where she now leads the tax service line in the market.
Stephanie works across a wide range of industries, with a focus on exempt organizations. She also leads RKL’s efforts to ensure these organizations meet their compliance requirements and helps shape the policies and procedures used firm-wide. Her role includes conducting trainings and sharing knowledge on various tax topics through content creation.
Stephanie represents RKL as a presenter at events and conferences. Her day-to-day work involves partnering with local entrepreneurial families and family business groups, guiding them through the intricacies of tax planning and compliance for their businesses, personal finances, trusts and exempt organizations. Her approach to combine forward-thinking tax strategies with a strong commitment to building and maintaining solid client relationships contributes to the firm’s presence in the market.
PERSONAL
Stephanie resides in Douglassville, PA, with her son and daughter. Most of the time you’ll find her at an event for her kids: baseball, swimming and acrobatics. Being “Mom” is her favorite title! Stephanie also enjoys watching the Phillies and Eagles, DIY projects, crafts and reading (when she has the chance).
