LANCASTER, PA (July 16, 2026) — RKL LLP is pleased to announce that Nicole Dotta has joined the firm as an Account and Business Development Executive.
In her role, Dotta focuses on building relationships and connecting clients, prospective clients and other business leaders with the right resources to support business growth and navigate business-related challenges. Drawing on RKL’s wide range of technical expertise and industry knowledge, she serves as a trusted resource and connector for companies across the region-whether they currently work with RKL or are simply seeking insight, guidance or the right introduction. By helping business leaders access valuable knowledge and relationships, Dotta makes doing business easier and delivers value that extends well beyond any single transaction or interaction.
Dotta brings more than 20 years of business development, sales, marketing and community engagement experience throughout the Lehigh Valley. She began her career in publishing and later spent more than a decade building partnerships and expanding programming for a regional arts and culture organization. Prior to joining RKL, Dotta served as Managing Director for the Lehigh Valley with a family business center, where she worked directly with family-owned businesses to support their growth.
Dotta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Moravian University. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Bethlehem Chamber of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and is a member of CREW Lehigh Valley. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Dotta resides in Northampton with her husband and two sons. She enjoys cheering on her sons at the baseball field, supporting local events and spending time with family and friends.
