As Partner and Executive Vice President of RKL Private Wealth, Tom helps shape RKL’s strategic direction, advance firmwide initiatives and foster a culture focused on people, collaboration and exceptional client experiences. Drawing on his extensive tenure with RKL, he develops best practices, supports high-performing teams and drives positive change across the firm.
Tom also brings deep wealth management experience to his role. He has advised business owners as well as executives and their families on sophisticated financial plans tailored to complex needs and long-term goals. His people-centered approach is grounded in listening, learning and communicating openly as clients navigate the personal and emotional dimensions of life and legacy planning.
In 2021, Tom graduated from the G2 Leadership Institute, an intensive program that prepares the next generation of advisory firm leaders to address strategic vision, growth initiatives and human capital investment.

Tom resides in Wyomissing with his wife, Jodi, and their three young children. He enjoys staying active, traveling with family and playing golf. Tom and his wife are active in their community through sports and church.
