LANCASTER, PA (October 3, 2018) – A key member of the RKL eSolutions leadership team once again stands among accounting’s 100 most influential people, according to leading industry publication Accounting Today. 2018 marks the 14th consecutive year David M. Cieslak, CPA.CITP, CGMA, GSEC, has been recognized as an industry influencer by Accounting Today editors for his impact on the current state and future direction of the profession.
Cieslak serves as Chief Cloud Officer and Executive Vice President for the IT consulting firm, which is a subsidiary of professional services leader RKL LLP. In his role, he is responsible for helping companies grow strategically with cloud-based solutions and industry specific service expertise for ERP, CPM, CRM, AP automation and other critical business processes.

Cieslak joined RKL eSolutions as a result of the January 2018 merger with Arxis Technology, where he served as a Principal since 1994. He is a Sage Intacct Certified Consultant, a Salesforce.com administrator and holds the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC). Cieslak is the past Chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) IT Executive Committee and past president of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) Education Foundation. He is frequently tapped by the AICPA, CalCPA, other state accounting societies and various business groups as a speaker and advisor for business leaders hoping to effectively leverage the latest technology in their personal and professional lives.
Cieslak holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and resides in Woodland Hills, California.
