LANCASTER, PA (October 10, 2018) – RKL LLP today announced the following promotions, effective September 1, 2018.
Danielle Bailey, promoted to Director of Business and Asset Management: Bailey’s focus is the integration of RKL’s systems, facilities and processes across all locations, service lines and entities. This includes facility operation, maintenance and vendor management and special projects related to office operations and processes. She most recently served as Office Manager for the firm’s Lancaster location and has been a member of the RKL team since 2006. Bailey has more than six years of military service and holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Sciences from Pierce College in Washington. She is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional certificate at Penn State York. Bailey resides in East Petersburg.
Deanna Higgins, promoted to Director of Administrative Services: In this new firmwide position, Higgins manages the administrative support teams across all RKL offices, centralizing and streamlining the delivery of administrative services to team members and external parties. Higgins previously served as Manager of Support Services in the firm’s Wyomissing office since joining RKL in 2016. She holds a B.S. from Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University). Higgins resides in Schuylkill Haven.
Jason Jones, promoted to Manager in RKL’s Financial Services Industry Group: Jones delivers internal audit and other assurance services to financial institution clients including banks and credit unions. He joined RKL in 2000 and belongs to the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Jones holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Bloomsburg University and resides in Wyomissing.
Marco Angelone, CPA, promoted to Manager in RKL’s Audit Services Group: Angelone serves the assurance and employee benefit plan needs of clients primarily in the construction industry. He specializes in helping A&E firms meeting Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements. Angelone joined RKL in 2013 and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. A graduate of the Leadership York program, Angelone is active within the York County community, sitting on the committees of Building Future Leaders of York County and the United Way of York County’s Emerging Leaders Society and volunteering with Junior Achievement of South Central PA. He earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Kutztown University and resides in York.
