As a Practice Leader in RKL’s Senior Living Services Consulting Group, Ashley develops and leads the firm’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice, serving single and multi-site continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care and independent living providers and management companies.
Her comprehensive service offerings include variance analysis, level-of-care reporting, budgeting and forecasting, KPI dashboards, board and lender reporting support, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, capital planning and multi-year strategic financial projections.

Ashley resides in the historic town of Reisterstown in Baltimore County, Maryland, where she enjoys spending time with her extended family and being a dog mom to her two Italian Greyhounds, Nash and Kohla.
