He is known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, often working with multiple generations of owners to help families navigate complex tax and business matters and make informed decisions during pivotal moments.
Eric is a sought-after advisor and board member, serving on multiple companies’ advisory boards as well as nonprofit boards. Within RKL, he serves as a Tax Partner and Managing Partner of the Lancaster office, where he focuses on team development, firm culture, and delivering thought leadership. In addition, Eric is an elected member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

Eric and his wife, Kristin, reside in Lititz and have three young adult children. He enjoys spending time with his family, travel, aerial drone videography/photography and running.
