Gregory Harp was drawn to accounting because he’s always enjoyed working with numbers and solving problems. But, he says, what kept him in the profession was seeing the impact he had on clients and their businesses. Seeing the positive impact he can make for his clients is what motivates Greg to keep growing.
Greg is a Partner in RKL’s Audit Services Group. He serves clients in the manufacturing, distribution and construction industries, particularly those with international operations or complex ownership structures. He has extensive knowledge and experience performing audits, reviews, compilations and other services under U.S. GAAP for privately held companies and venture capital/private equity backed companies ranging from $5M-$250M in revenues.
In his role, Greg regularly leads initiatives to streamline procedures, implement best practices and adopt new technologies, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and ensuring clients receive reliable, high-value service.
Greg joined the firm in 2023, bringing with him 25 years of experience working in public accounting for a national firm.

PERSONAL
Greg resides in Macungie, PA, with his wife of over 20 years. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and has been an Eagles season ticket holder for over 30 years. Greg enjoys traveling with his family to the beach and beautiful tropical destinations in the Caribbean and Florida, including more trips to Disney World than he can count.
