As the President of Medical Billing in RKL’s Senior Living Consulting Services Group, Jason oversees all aspects of business operations, strategic planning and leadership for medical billing. His primary responsibilities include setting goals, managing executive teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, like HIPAA, and maintaining high standards for billing accuracy and client satisfaction.
Jason fosters relationships with healthcare providers, monitors financial performance, drives business development and implements best practices in billing management. He plays a key role in risk assessment, process optimization and adapting RKL to changes in industry regulations and technology.
Jason has over 30 years of experience across various industries, mostly in Senior Living. He spent 14 years with Asbury Communities as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, 11 years with Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries as the Director of Accounts Receivable, 4 years with West Shore Health & Rehab as the Business Office Manager and 2 years with Manor Care as a Financial Manager.
