Over the past two decades, Kirsten has immersed herself in the field of international tax and business, initiating her career immediately after graduating from college with a focus on international tax.
Kirsten’s career began in private industry, managing the international tax footprint of multinational companies for both corporate entities and partnerships. This experience involved understanding both the U.S. and local country tax implications of cross-border sales and services, including compliance, tax accounting, planning, and transfer pricing. Kirsten’s tenure in the private industry equipped her with a unique perspective to better understand her client’s point of view to provide advice that is both balanced and practical.
At RKL, Kirsten’s expertise has broadened to include providing cross-border tax services to a diverse array of businesses and individuals. Her clientele ranges from U.S. multinational corporations with multiple foreign subsidiaries to entities based in the U.S. and abroad seeking to expand new markets. Kirsten enjoys learning about her clients’ companies and their goals to provide tailored advice and support that aligns with their objectives.

Kirsten is the proud mom of three with one still living at home with her and her husband, Jason, and their two dogs and two cats. Kirsten’s family enjoys international travel and exploring new cities to take in the culture through history, food and architecture. When she’s not traveling, Kirsten is a budding amateur mixologist who enjoys shaking up cocktails with friends. While she is not currently an active competitor, Kirsten is a record-setting powerlifting and strongwoman competitor
