As leader of RKL’s Human Capital Management Practice, Stephane deploys her multi-faceted business acumen to help clients address challenges and implement policies and programs that drive growth and achieve organizational goals. She specializes in employee relations, strategic planning, compensation, talent management, training and development, corporate communications, mergers and acquisitions and process architecture.
An eternal optimist, Stephane’s positive attitude, open mind and collaborative approach continually earn the trust and confidence of her clients. Whether she is analyzing compensation practices, advising on the latest employment regulations or helping to attract and retain top talent, Stephane knows that each engagement is an opportunity to help regional employers overcome challenges and seize opportunities related to their most important asset – their people.

Stephane lives in Lancaster with her husband, Bowen, their two children and their Bernese Mountain dog. She enjoys running, playing tennis, baking, reading, spending time at her family cabin in Northern Pennsylvania, traveling and hiking. A Wyoming native, she enjoys spending time out west among the Rocky Mountains. She’s most proud of her recent accomplishment of summiting her first 14er, the 14,265-ft. Quandary Peak in Breckenridge, Colorado, alongside her brother and sister.
