About Kristen
Kristen serves as an Operations Manager for RKL Private Wealth. She executes all of the firm’s back-office operational and technical functions, including technology platforms, data management, custodian activities, client reporting and billing. Kristen works closely with the firm’s Managing Director of Operations, outside consultants and vendors to identify and resolve issues for team members and clients.

Before joining the RKL Private Wealth team, Kristen served as a human resources assistant at RKL LLP. Prior to that, she was an entrepreneur, owning and operating a Black Rock Coffee Bar franchise in Vancouver, Washington, before relocating to Lancaster. Kristen’s diverse background also includes roles as an administrative assistant and programs coordinator at a university and a legal assistant at a law firm in Portland, Oregon.
Personal
A Washington State native, Kristen has lived in Lancaster since 2018. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling and gardening.
