Courtney joined the firm in 2019, having previously worked in Human Resources for a global sportswear company, and most recently, in HR and accounting support for a plastics and foam manufacturer and machine shop.

Courtney grew up in Sinking Spring, where she lives with her boyfriend, Cory, and dog, Reese. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outside in summer, skiing in winter and traveling.
