About Gretchen

For the past three decades, Gretchen Naso has evaluated the structure, staffing and processes of organizations across the U.S. and identified opportunities to increase value and efficiency.

Today, as president of RKL Virtual Management Solutions, Gretchen achieves these goals on a broader scale with an entity dedicated to helping organizations achieve next-level growth. She oversees the operations of RKL Virtual and directs development of additional outsourced capabilities.

Gretchen and her team possess a wide range of specialized consulting expertise and sterling credentials, but she understands that strong relationships are the key to success. That’s why the RKL Virtual service approach starts with a thorough and consultative discovery process to ensure alignment with an organization’s unique goals and needs. This approach has earned a world-class rating from clients across a variety of industries, including franchises, real estate developers and nonprofits.

Personal

A native of North Palm Beach, Florida, Gretchen currently resides in Exeter Township, PA, with her husband, Mark. With two grown children, Gretchen and Mark are empty nesters, but their two dogs, Wrigley and Irish, now rule the roost. They love college football and spend fall Saturdays hosting tailgaters and cheering on their alma mater, Notre Dame.

An avid runner for more than two decades, Gretchen still manages to squeeze in a run almost every day. She also loves to read, especially historical fiction, and highly recommends A Gentleman in Moscow and The Lincoln Highway by one of her favorite authors, Amor Towles. But as her friends, family and colleagues will attest, Gretchen’s true passion is fashion, especially shoes.
