The well-being of our team, clients and community neighbors is our top priority. As coronavirus cases continue to escalate around the world and here at home, I wanted to update you on what we’re doing at RKL to keep our team members and their families healthy and what you can expect from your RKL service team.
RKL team members are equipped with technology tools that allow them to serve your needs whether they are working at one of our firm offices, onsite with your team or at home.
We directed our client service teams to remain in constant communication with you regarding circumstances and accessibility at your worksites so we can adjust as circumstances change. Please feel free to reach out with any updates, preferences or questions.
Our technology also allows us to hold client meetings remotely via phone or video chat. For document submission, we have various file sharing applications for convenience and safety. Again, please reach out to your relationship partner to discuss specific arrangements.

RKL workplace health and safety
We are monitoring and adhering to the latest guidance from the WHO, CDC and federal and state agencies. In addition to underscoring healthy hygiene and cleanliness habits among the RKL team, we are also offering flexible work and leave options to accommodate our team members who may be ill or caring for family members.
Team members who feel sick or have symptomatic family members are instructed to stay home, notify our HR Department and work remotely. Those who are too unwell to work are covered by our various leave policies.
