Redding focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisition consulting, specializing in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and transaction execution. He combines his experience in financial modeling and due diligence with a client-forward approach. Whether navigating the complexities of a merger, dissecting financial models or executing transactions, Redding is committed to delivering value beyond the bottom line.
Redding holds a B.S. in Accounting with a finance concentration from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a board member of the John Paul II Center and a finance committee member of the Reading Hospital Foundation. He lives in Wyomissing with his wife, Alyssa and their dog, Stevie.
