LANCASTER, PA (February 20, 2024) — RKL LLP is pleased to announce that Scott Burky, MBA, has joined the firm as a Business Development Manager.
In his role, Burky works closely with companies to grasp their financial considerations, prioritize their business goals and address the challenges they encounter. Drawing upon RKL’s technical expertise and extensive industry knowledge, Burky identifies strategies and executes unique, targeted solutions that deliver financial partnership value to clients.
Burky brings more than 25 years of experience in results-driven leadership, strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, and innovative problem solving for diverse industries, including banking, telecommunications and energy. He previously was the managing director of new markets for a local family business center, and led a successful consulting business focused on developing sales strategies, aligning tactics and coaching leaders to exceed revenue goals.
Burky holds a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Elizabethtown College. He is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation and a member of the Penn State Berks Campus Advisory Board, the Elizabethtown College Alumni Council, the Alvernia University President’s Advisory Council and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Leadership Development Committee.
He lives in Lititz with his wife and serves as a trustee for the Lititz Public Library Board.
