LANCASTER, PA (September 16, 2026) – Nationally-leading advisory firm RKL LLP welcomed Ashley Lacis, CPA, MAgS, as a Practice Leader in its Senior Living Services Consulting Group. Lacis leads the firm’s new Senior Living Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice, which helps senior living and post-acute care providers gain greater clarity into their financial and operating performance and make informed, forward-looking decisions.
RKL’s FP&A practice goes beyond traditional financial reporting by connecting quantitative data with future-oriented business strategy. Through financial modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and budgeting and forecasting, the FP&A team helps organizations understand what is driving performance, identify emerging trends and risks, determine operational improvements and analyze the impact of strategic initiatives including master planning and repositioning projects.
With more than two decades of specialized experience in the senior living field, Lacis brings a combination of actuarial insight and strategic financial leadership to RKL. As FP&A Practice Leader, she oversees the development and delivery of FP&A services to single- and multi-site continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care, and independent living providers, as well as management companies.
